Jan 1 my sons had an 830am appointment barber Nathan called him messaged him no response we waited so long that we grabbed breakfast finally almost 40-45 mins later he contacted me saying he was on the way. I stayed because my kids needed a haircut and I gave the barber a chance because we are all human. Fast forward today 2/15 I contacted Nathan to make sure he was in the shop took a minute to respond so I cancelled the appointment than once he responded I told him I cancelled but still will come.
