Working with Heidi has done so much for my strength, health and self esteem. Her initial consultation made me so comfortable and she really listened to my goals and mobility issues. When we started our training sessions she continued to evaluate and made sure that I understood the movements for when I exercised on my own. The meal planning suggestions helped my nutrition. I can't day enough great things about Heidi.
