After a three term stay I can say I am leaving Changing Tides feeling better than I have in years. CT provided me with excellent programming and management tools, amazing and experienced staff, and a successful recovery experience unlike any other. This place changed my life. I waited for a year before posting this and now have over a year in sobriety. Best decision I have made so far. The staff here are great people that care and want to see you succeed in recovery.
