Changing Seasons & Chad Kavanaugh ~ Have been my go to plumber for the last 4+ years. He has helped me with numerous plumbing upgrades and problems in working on my Multi-Family property in Randolph. Chad is a superstar. Installed new thermostats, checked the water tank and walked me though a few years of maintenance. This new homeowner can't say enough good things.
My hot water heater stopped working so I called Changing Seasons. Lynn, the office person, was very pleasant and scheduled an appointment for the next day. She called to let me know that Chad was running a bit late. Chad was GREAT. Very good at explaining options, installed a new water heater professionally and in a timely matter as well as helping me with some other small but nagging issues related to plumbing. I've already scheduled another appointment for further service.
