Place we rented was a nice place, I’d highly advise though to keep records and track everything when moving in, we moved in with an unclean garden but then was charged 150$ to clean it when moving out. There was also a plastic hook behind the bathroom door which could’ve been left there as another hook or just taken down by the real estate agent, instead they couldn’t reason with the fact that we left the country and another 120 or so to get someone in, meantime we had raised several small issues with the company that weren’... read more

One of only two very positive Property Manager experiences after 17 years of renting in Melbourne. Liz and Vanessa are both professional, friendly and approachable. Liz went over and above saving me from a $600 locksmith bill the day I moved house. Liz was particularly communicative and helpful. Tim (previous PM) was friendly, professional and approachable for many years previously. Setting a good example for other Property Managers.
