Quality issues throughout the development. For my own property the porch was not correctly secured to the joists, wall boards shoddily installed and blowing, joists incorrectly cut, roofing failing on many properties after only 8 years, even electrical switch cover plates installed crooked. The latest "discovery" was finding multiple large holes drilled in the upstairs floor when we pulled the carpet that the builders had swept debris and food wrappers into prior to sealing it up with carpet. Wouldn't recommend.

Have had the pleasure of working with this builder on several projects over the past 5 years including a 73 unit condo community in Greenland, two apartment projects in Dover, an apartment project in Rochester, and most recently a 50 unit townhome community in Portsmouth. They build quality homes, and are very customer service oriented. Easy to work with, and a great family to do business with! Would recommend to anyone looking for a new home!
