I've been seeing Reshma for a while now and can't recommend her enough. Incredibly compassionate.
Set up appointments and the ‘therapist’ arbitrarily cancelled all appointments without notice or without a reason. Search another team if you seek help, these folks do the opposite. You claim to have called me in your response, yet I have not received a call from you. Guess I’m not the only one having troubles with your practice and the lack of client care. Frustrating to deal with. While I understand technology issues with EAP programs provided by large companies are not within your control, but perhaps providing other options to move forward with therapy should be within your control. I would expect better service and trying to suggest work around options and trying to help a potential client rather than arguing on the phone with a potential client.
