what could be an incredibly healing place if staff took the energy to provide positive momentum for the residents is turned into a convoluted rigmarole of rules that don't amount to any greater good, and the people who have to enforce them putting up barriers between themselves and the residents. Changing options has taken care of my daughter for the past 10 years. I’m not sure what I would have done without their help. I have some medical issues as well as being older, and cannot do all the work necessary to care for my daughter. Her challenging mental illness requires a lot of time and professional care. They have watched over her mental challenges, have coordinated her medical needs; kept her safe and have helped her make better choices in managing her life. She has not been the easiest of clients.
