I was hired to help this company to get thru an audit. I received very little direction. I wanted to implement fun ideas into the clients days but I was told to help get ready for the audit. There is much turn over with the staff because a person can be written up and suspended for a week. I was told by many staff members that their schedules were changed the night before and then they were written up for not showing up to their new scheduled time.
