Disappointed. Yet another Orillia salon, where the stylists gossip during services, not only about each other but clientele. Will not be returning.
Susanne is wonderful! She listened, had great advice/suggestions, and good banter. It’s been 4 months and the colour is growing out naturally (as requested) and the cut is still stylish even with new growth. You pay a little extra compared to nearby salons but it’s totally worth it. All staff were super friendly and the interior is fun.
I went in with out of control, unmanageable hair and came out feeling beautiful!
So disappointed... 11 hours and 375$ later ... my hair is fried and I cannot be returning to a junior colorist charging senior prices... my heart hurts over this.
