I've seen Amy for a few things. I initially sought help for not being able to sleep. It was just a couple of sessions and I was able to sleep through the night. I feel so much better. She's been so helpful with everything including helping get through shoulder pain and also curbing my craving for sweets. I couldn't be happier with the results. I am SO glad i contacted Amy Hale at Changing Lanes to end my soda addiction. I drank pop all day long, and had to have it first thing in the morning. I tried many, many times to stop on my own, but never could conquer the draw. Making sure I had enough in the house and returning empties was a constant project. ONE VISIT with Amy changed all that! Amy is an amazing hypnotherapist! Each session revealed what is was I wanted to work on and re-pattern. And even though I had therapeutic sessions during my time with Amy, I was also able to continue my hypnotherapy by listing to my audio file on a as need basis.
