Got my hair braided and laided down by kim , she did a excellent job!!
I received a texturized from Kim. She gave me a same day appointment. The cut and the texturized were awesome! Will be coming back on a regular basis.
She arrived late to the appointment, saying she was out running an errand, but returned smelling strongly of smoke. Her salon suite was highly unkept, with piles of trash and takeout bags visible, forcing me to place my purse on top of clutter. After the appointment, she was defensive and intimidating when I tried to address concerns. I booked a relaxer service but explicitly stated beforehand that I wanted a texturizer effect to retain my curl pattern. Worse experience ever. A complete waste of my money and time. You said I was happy? I had a horrible experience. You clearly didn’t know what you were doing and you had me looking like a hot mess. Why are you lying about me being satisfied? Your suite is not up to standard, there is stuff everywhere. I should have left the moment my instincts told me to. You don’t even have the right products. I don’t even know what you washed my hair with? I washed my hair when I got home and took that thing off my head!!
I got my hair cut, and protein treatment, also got her lotion. Everything was beautiful
