This was my first time going to Changing Effects. Paris did my starter locs. She's such a sweetheart and very knowledgeable and informative about everything I needed to know. Cozy, clean atmosphere. Def found the right place to begin my loc journey! And prices are very reasonable.

Salon owner did an amazing job. Even accommodated me when I booked the wrong hair appt. Definitely will be coming back. 10/10 service and all around great experience!
