Tanya is an exceptional and extremely knowledgeable massage therapist/owner of Changes Therapeutic Practices. She also manages athletes’’ sports injuries, lymphatic drainage and other specialties. I have referred numerous friends to Tanya, and after their experience, have referred their families and friends to her. I know Tanya had surgery, but thank God, is still practicing and stronger than ever! Tanya, thank you for keeping my body whole and in great working order!!!

Tanya isn't your typical massage therapist. She understands the human body and what is essential for daily body function. I had experienced severe sciatica pain for 5 years. Tanya was able to eliminate the consistent pain, as well as educate me on injury prevention; and body maintenance.
