I was seen by stylist Curtis Ask for highlights and.lowlights plus trim. I was asked to remove my top then put on cape,never ever asked this on any appt. I came out with a look I didn't ask for.The haircut was bad.So rough on my hair pulling it so hard,once I yelled out due to pain. So sorry I went here.
