I went in with a photo of what I wanted and asked for a good trim (prefaced that 3-4 inches would be great) and layers. I had very long hair and I told him I still wanted long hair but I have curly hair that shrinks so it would be much shorter even with a small cut. He cut 8-10 inches off my hair (dry cut, immediately) with no layers, and gave me extremely thick curtain bangs. He offered to cut more and I told him it was too short already. I was seen by stylist Curtis Ask for highlights and.lowlights plus trim. I was asked to remove my top then put on cape,never ever asked this on any appt. I came out with a look I didn't ask for.The haircut was bad.So rough on my hair pulling it so hard,once I yelled out due to pain. So sorry I went here.
Did a great job with my hair! Ruth is the best! I do not have any pictures so enjoy this sand person my co worker drew.
