LONG HAIR GIRLIES BEWARE. * I do not often (or like to) write negative reviews. I did try to process the experience and sleep on it; I am still somewhere in between livid and devastated. The only reason this is not one of those 'I only put 1 star because Google makes me but if I could I would give no stars' reviews was because Haley was kind enough to try to fix what she could when I had quietly come back later that evening. Since I did pay for the service and did not receive a refund, I feel justified in writing the review.... read more

The stylist that cut my hair was great. My hair was down to my butt. I didn't know what I wanted to do. All I knew was that something had to be done with it. It was really getting to be too much to deal with. It was everywhere. My hubby likes longer hair, so he didn't want more than 4 to 6 inches taken off. I like it shorter. He went outside to grab a smoke, and while he did so, I told my stylist how I felt. We ended up taking a foot off. Not too much, not too little, but just right. Lol.
