Horrible experience. Called and made an appointment for a trim, checked online and the service charge says $25. During my appointment the man (Tony) doing my hair insisted on trimming my bangs as well as trimming my ends. Making sure the service charge wouldn’t be increased I agreed. Just a for your information… I went to the website and saw the hair dresser here was someone named Emily. I called in to book an appointment and the person who answered the phone said they had an availability in the afternoon. I made some time and went in and the appointment was not with Emily.
