I've never had a bad experience at Changes. Olivia is one of the most TALENTED and knowledgable hair professionals I've ever met. At 23, it's like she's been in the business for 30 years. I always get colour /roots touched up and a cut/trim and I'm always thrilled. Everyone is incredibly nice and great at what they do! Don't hesitate to make this your #1 salon. You won't be sorry!! She was so patient with my very chatty 6 year old. Haircut was perfect which can be difficult with curly hair. She even helped give her some bangs that I will be able to maintain. Thank you Briley!!
