olivia made me feel welcome and at home while getting my hair done for the first time at changes. she chatted me up the entire time and she was so very sweet. my hair turned out even better then my inspiration pictures. thank you so much for making my prom hair come to life. i will definitely be back to book under olivia next time. ;)
