I had a root touch up and it didn’t match the rest of my hair. It was so obvious to! I told her I didn’t want reddish hues it turned out completely red and so I asked her to fix it but she said no!!! I walked out In tears. She did not get paid!!! If I could do no stars that’s what I’d do.
Was very relaxing place and great people. Had a haircut ro even out my hair. It is the first one since it grew back in.
