Purchased a vending machine recently, the bill acceptor had stopped working. I replaced it with a different one to make sure it wasn't the machine and the new bill acceptor worked fine. The one in the machine from this company had a warranty sticker that was good for another year, I contacted the company but upon speaking with the sales representative he just tried to sell me on a new unit. I have used Changer Services as my go to repair for 30 years!!! Why? Because of Ryan who always treats me with respect and meets my repair needs! This is an old school hands on company! Everyone I ever dealt with besides Ryan is top notch and provides me with answers and great service! Thanks a million!! Rick Hanke Aramark Refreshments!

Every time I call to order a part I tell them what I’m looking for they suggest this and when I get it it works Scott singer is really professional guy he knows what he talking about he very super patient he lead me in Wright I will not talk to anyone but him
