This business is terrible. Never comes when you schedule and doesn't bring any basic equipment. If you actually need regular fixes they change the policy from 2 hours of work to 2 items to repair even if it takes less than 20min. We had the "business package" and realized that Ed is just not capable and always has an attitude to boot. We canceled the service after 2 years of trying to make it work only to be charged after and told that they would not refund us. Disrespectful/racist unlicensed business. This is the reply they sent because our company does not take work from handymen and we only deal directly with home owners for residential work.

Do not use these guys. They were late and could not fix a simple clogged sink. I had to call them to come back to fix the sink again after 2 hours but then went silent, no response, no call back, no refund. Very upset and rude of them. Mr. Changepro is not trustworthy and was too embarrassed to even return any of my calls. Don't even bother!
