Would definitely recommend this place. You can tell they really care, makes it easy to trust them with your loved ones!
So far Michael A. and Matthew Spikes have been very accommodating and understanding of what I’m going through. I’m 25 with a history of trauma and multiple mental health conditions which debilitate my life. Matthew helps me understand where my issues are coming from and is working on giving me ways to cope and learn different behaviors. It helps me a lot to talk to him weekly
The individuals who work at BasePoint are committed to providing quality patient care. I am thankful that there is a treatment program in North Texas that care this much about our adolescents!
This place is the worst they don’t want to hear what you have to say and it’s just in and out. Only going here bc no one else takes my insurance. They throw pills at u just don’t go here everyone is so rude
