Unethical therapists and careless behavior. If you value your mental health, find another clinic.
Change Within Reach is by far one of these worst mental health agencies that I've had the displeasure of working with. I had been a patient of theirs since 2019, and I've had multiple issues with them that all went unresolved. My first therapist would be late to sessions sometimes, miss them entirely, or have something come up and had to cancel last minute, yet she never once made up the time, or the sessions, so I was just expected to lose out on therapy.
