This is a fake medical company that scams insurance. It's simple fruad. They tried billing my insurance company for services that I never requested. I've never even heard of this business until I received a statement from my insurance company. The service date shows for a date when i was in Mexico for vacation. We went 3 time to amelia Park for free covid testing and they asked you there for insurance info, and they have the audacity to charge our Health insurance, when is free..offcourse my son insurance denied the charges because it was florida Medicaid but they charge my private insurance 😒 so hialeah city know about this????
