Id like to start off by saying CTI has given me the best support and learning experience these specific programs offer. I am always able to speak my mind in class with great feedback from class instructor Eric and anytime I need something, Ms.Mercedes is always on top of things and quickly… I think after months of doing this class, it has changed me for the better and I will never forget these two…

Cti has been a great experience Mercedes ,Daisy and Eric has always made me feel comfortable from day one which has allowed me to be open about my recovery in which I've learned new coping skills to help me in to be a better person towards others I am truly grateful for them and this program thank you all very much

My experience with Change the influence was great. The tools and skills I learned are ones that I can implement in my daily living. The counselors Mercedes, Eric and Daisy are knowledgeable,friendly and patient. I would highly recommend CTI for anyone looking for outpatient counseling. The staff at CTI actually care about the people.
