Absolute worst experience at a salon.I messaged them with pictures of what i wanted done. Verlinda responded and assured me she could do it. I go for my apt and it seemed to go well. At the end she asked me if I wanted it styled and I told her I wanted it wavy. Ultimately she curled the shit out of it, which I now know was used to camouflage the terrible color job she did.
