Andrea Oakes NP is a wonderful psych NP. My needs can be challenging with my meds and she has been wonderful and a great listener. Tabatha Grace NP has also been a great PCP to work with as well. Having my PCP and psych in the same office has turned out to be great and helpful on numerous occasions.
I’m writing this review in regards to Mindy Newman and Dr Tilyou they are truly made for this field. I first had Mindy Newman and let me tell you she was not only an amazing psychologist she was also a therapist also . I felt heard seen and I felt comforted every session and I had never felt that way with even a therapist. She was always attentive she has allot of clients so sometimes she needed a second to process but it is not easy remembering all your clients things. If you can go anywhere else, go somewhere else. They're the only ones who offer the treatment I need. It took 3 months just to start because no one even submitted my prior authorization paperwork. They lost it. As in, they set it down somewhere and it was gone. I had to keep calling and following up and it seemed like no one cared. Once I started, I tried taking their transportation because I cannot drive after treatments. Mindy Newman is the best!! She listens, attentive and always understanding of my needs. I HIGHLY recommend her as a Dr! Love you Mindy!! Thanks for being so awesome to my mom and me
Every medical place has their issues but on and off for years I have dealt with Change Point and I have always gotten the care I needed and deserved!!!
