Sorry ,this review is not about the doctors. Their receptionist in the Freehold off ice was rude,confrontational and loud. Other patients in the waiting room, came to my defense. I could not believe the tone or manner in which she spoke to me. My appt was 11:45. It was 12:30 when I asked could you please tell me how much longer before we are seen. She said ,this is a specialist office, you should expect to wait. I did contact the office manager. She was kind and apologetic.
The care at CentraState, provided by Dr. Hynes and Dr. Kayser, was exceptional. Both doctors were amazing and provided life-saving care. The expertise, dedication, and compassion shown were greatly appreciated. The entire CentraState team was fantastic, and the patient felt cared for throughout their stay. Dr. Hynes is an awesome cardiologist, and is really nice. The Freehold staff is great! They couldn’t be more helpful or nice! Some of the staff at Sea Girt ….well.
