5 for the doctor, 1 for the procedure scheduling department --Keisha is abrupt, arrogant and rude even after repeated attempts to be polite. I said, "Firstly, are you ok? She said, "I don't want to play games what is it that you want." Then quickly sent me to another person because she shouldn't help me. Obviously completely overwhelmed.
Absolutely awful. First I waited TWO HOURS after my appointment time to be seen. They ordered several tests which would have been thousands of dollars which I turned down. They had me wear a heart monitor which they ASSURED ME SEVERAL TIMES would be at no cost, but I just received a bill for $3000. I try to call their billing department, but they immediately transfer me when I call even though I beg them not to. This has happened a dozen times. As unprofessional as it gets. Stay far away.
