I have been buying all of my bras at this store since it has been opened. In the last few years the product has gone down hill and the customer service. I've had 4 bras now that the wire has popped out. I asked what they could do for me because I have spent a lot of money at this store and the lady said sorry I'm not a seamstress but I could use dental floss and stitch it up for you. I was pretty disappointed that they couldn't give me a % off my next purchase or send it in to a professional to get fixed.
