My 1st experience was great.Customer service was very good. My 2nd experience????? Never going back.!!!! Didn't look at her name tag but I still fume from her response to me. She looked down at me and didnt acknowledge that I was waiting in the fitting cubicle for more than 30mins. Now one of My daughters bra wire is sticking out. cant understand how I spent so much on a bra and its not durable.
Came here on the middle of the day on a Saturday and they had a sign they would be back an hour later. Not only had the company sent out an email of a sale this weekend, I specifically came downtown to see this store. This was my first impression and not a positive one.
Sam is VERY RUDE, completely ruined my experience. Won’t return.
Absolutely awful experience at this store. Went in to make an exchange as I was sent THE WRONG ITEM in my online order and a very rude employee named Sam refused to assist me and kept repeating it was final sale. First of all, it doesn’t say anywhere on the website or receipt that it is final sale. REGARDLESS, I was not sent the item I paid for, and have an email thread from change support telling me to go and exchange my item. Something happened to this store. I've been going here for many years, but I've given up on them. Almost every bra I've bought from them recently been completely the wrong size and extremely uncomfortable, despite doing a fitting and having them insist that they fit.
