I have been a customer of change for years and I am done after today. You have to ring the bell to get in, which whatever. It’s a nutty area and I get it. As soon as I’m let in the attendant yells from behind the counter, WHAT ARE WE SHOPPING FOR. Maybe just say hi? Welcome to the store? It was abrupt and frankly rude. I've come here twice and they have a repeat customer in me. I've had a great experience, the free bra fitting, the customer service from Deandra and just how passionate and how much she and this store cares about its products and clients goes a long way.
This lingerie shop is great! I found the store clerk was very helpful and friendly.
