I had an amazing experience at this shop! I’ve went my whole life wearing ill fitted bras from larger chains like VS not knowing that places like these exist. Diana (I hope I’m spelling that right) helped me pick out multiple bras and helped me find the right fit. Her professionalism and knowledge is unmatched! I highly recommend coming here because it’s truly a life changing experience.
Amazing customer service. Met Sarah today and she was so helpful. She fits me perfectly and has given me good recommendations. Definitely would come back and make this my regular store.
I have been a customer of change for years and I am done after today. You have to ring the bell to get in, which whatever. It’s a nutty area and I get it. As soon as I’m let in the attendant yells from behind the counter, WHAT ARE WE SHOPPING FOR. Maybe just say hi? Welcome to the store? It was abrupt and frankly rude.
