I heard about CHANGEIWEAR from facebook. So I set up an appointment. I gave them a 10 for convenience, knowledgeable, professional, friendly, nice and sweet. The eye doctor pointed out some stuff that I didnt know. So I made an appointment with my doctor. Thank you so much. I would love to shout out Niecy. She is very good at what she does. She helped pick out these cute glasses. I love them. This is my go to spot from now on. Give that girl a raise.
I had a very satisfying experience at Change IWear. Customer service was fabulous they were very tentative and very friendly. They answer all my question. Loved that they had plenty of glasses designed for me to pick from. Very friendly over the phone. 👍🏼👍🏼

Sorry yes customers service is okay. Even though I have been left on hold 5 minutes every time I call. Yes covid 19 is everyone’s excuse. But I was told Monday my glasses where down stairs waiting to be done. They would be Tuesday for sure Wednesday.I express the experience this morning on Facebook. neisy and the eye doc are great. Only thing I would say is over the phone customer service needs a lil bit more work. I am still waiting on my second pair of glasses and the Spanish lady that works there couldn’t give me any information as to when I should get them nor did she know why it’s taking so long. Other than that I love my first pair of glasses from them.

I recommend everyone that wants real and helpful opinions about your actual eye care to come here! I went in to get a simple eye exam and found that I actually have a disease that continues to progress and will cause blindness if not stopped. If the care and concern was not there, I could’ve simply been told that my eyes were ok and paid for my glasses until the next visit, but that was not the case.
