I am not a lover of leaving customer reviews but i cannot stress enough how absolutely great the staff at ChangeIWear is in the Bronx. From beginning to end my experience was 10 out of 10! I am a stickler for customer service and social rapport; they have mastered this. Their promotion was not a bait and switch, everything was explained to my satisfaction. I recommend them to anyone who values real human service. I was more than happy to pay for affordability, quality, integrity and respect. They have a client for life!

Classic bait and switch. They tell you a pair of glasses will cost $39.00 with the exam and you end up paying $400.00 when all is said and done.

Thank you for your feedback. We maybe a lot of things but we are DEFINITELY not a “bait and switch” company. (please refer to all of other reviews) We reviewed your record and saw that you chose to go with specialty lenses such as ULTRA THIN PROGRESSIVES w/ TRANSITION LENSES. (we don’t pressure or force anyone to upgrade) There is no where in our advertisement that says we include those type of specialty lenses. We apologize for any inconvenience we may have caused but getting THAT type of lens for $39 is absolutely unreal.
Service was professional, staff was very helpful, kind and courteous. Scheduling was fast and easy. Would definitely recommend.
