I don't normally leave reviews, esp about Therapy, but Josh has helped me so much this past season of my life I felt the need to. He's patient, funny and very intelligent (both emotionally and academically). He creates a safe space to be open and vulnerable. I appreciate that he was always direct with me and listened to me when I was upfront about what I wanted from therapy; even when I suddenly didn't want to keep talking about the topic we were working on that day. I have just finished my therapy program with Joshua Goff. I have been seeing him for a little over a year. This is my first experience with receiving therapy assistance, and I can honestly say coming to Change, Inc and working with Joshua was one of the best decisions I've ever made. Joshua is a genuinely kind and caring person. He helped me process the loss of my husband and see how I can move forward and start my new life. I highly recommend Change, Inc and Joshua Goff.
Horrible experience all around. Very corporate feel, no compassion or empathy if you stray from their idea of a "perfect client." You're better off saving your money and going to a site like Rula or SonderMind
