I went for an appointment, just to have them tell me my appointment had been canceled a week prior. (Never received that phone call)Funny how I got my confirmation phone call 2 days prior, which I confirmed! It's a shame I have to change doctors because of incompetent staff. Not the first time I've had issues nor other people.
