My autistic son was booked in to see a psychologist there. First they changed all our appointments without explaining why. Then when I called them to find out what was going on and why my son’s psychologist had suddenly disappeared they rebooked us for a different day, each fortnight. Went to the first appointment and they told us they had no record of this or any future appointments on their system. Extremely frustrating!!!
I was referred here from the medicare mental health team to find the right psychologist through a program they were running. Key emphasis on were. I had my referral sent and I spoke with the receptionist (who was Lovley by the way so understanding of my situation I rate her 50 stars) I was told they would look over my referral on the Wednesday and they would match me with the best psychologist on the team.
