I've been to a few classes now at Change Broadbeach for Reformer Pilates, and I can confidently say this studio is a total game-changer. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and looked after. Gloria is hands down one of the best pilates instructors I’ve had the privilege of attending her 🥵 classes! Not only does she challenge you, but she also supports you and offers different modifications and layers for each person in class regardless of your experience. Awful experience. Unbelievably rude, disrespectful instructor. First time at Change, I arrived promptly and keen for a hard workout. She gave no introduction, I was listening out for an opportunity to mention I was new - none came. Brief, hurried spiel about injuries which I barely heard, before we immediately started. I initially signed up for the 3-day pass just to try it out, but I ended up getting hooked! I’ve been to a few different Pilates studios, and this one really stands out. The instructors are incredibly attentive and detail-focused, which makes every class feel purposeful. The space has such a calming atmosphere, the reformers are smooth and easy to use, and the eucalyptus towel at the end is the perfect finishing touch. Highly recommend!
