Unprofessional. Every-time I called and tried to schedule an appointment, the lady who answered the phone would just immediately hang up after answering something I said instead of having a conversation with me. I wanted to get my hair done and it’s one thing if you’re booked but explain that clearly to me instead of hanging up and having me calling you back 3 times. Very disappointed.
