I have received the worse treatment from this doctor. I was schedualed for a defibulator implant after my 1st heart attack. I arrived on time for my appointment and they preped me for surgury, but then after 2 hrs waiting he came in to tell me he was not going to be able to do the surgery. I was very upset and left. Then when I reached out to my doctor and explained what happened he said that mr sing had said I refused the surgery and since then I suffered another heart attack and they keep saying I need the surgery but then... read more
I really appreciate the excellent care given to me by Dr. Chang Sing. He saved my father's life giving my won and I more time with him. I will forever be indebted.. Dr. Chang-Sing was my Cardiologist for 20 plus years when I lived in California. He is exceptional, and the best doctor I have ever had.
Dr Chang Sing is a highly skilled cardiologist. He is caring, thorough and “accessible” (easy to talk with.) His demeanor conveys providing the best medical care at his disposal. Highly recommend him.
