Beware of booking with this doctor. You will wait at least an hour only to deal with a poor bedside manner. To make matters worse, the delays will likely cause your parking to expire, and the busy lot doesn't allow extensions since it limits you to one reservation per day. I really should have read the reviews beforehand.

Waited for 45 mins for the scheduled appointment. They need to value patient’s time better. They are not the only one with valuable time. We have work and other meetings other than this. There is a banner saying it’s normal for waiting time - so obviously this is commonly happening and is not right

Dr Chang seemed nice enough. Felt like he was thorough with my daughters allergy testing. The only complaint I have is the time. My daughter is 1 and is on a schedule. Running over an hour late threw off her whole day and mine too. We do have a follow up appointment in 3 months. Hoping time is better then !

very long wait, I was able to see the doctor after an hour past my appointment time. I understand he was taking tine with each client. He apologized, was very kind and patient and explained everything I need to know

Dr. Chang didn't listen to a word I said and insisted I do testing for seasonal allergies that I already knew I had. He didn't explain anything clearly and was very pushy. I left not knowing what to do next.
