very long wait, I was able to see the doctor after an hour past my appointment time. I understand he was taking tine with each client. He apologized, was very kind and patient and explained everything I need to know
Dr. Chang didn't listen to a word I said and insisted I do testing for seasonal allergies that I already knew I had. He didn't explain anything clearly and was very pushy. I left not knowing what to do next.
Took my daughter to see Dr Chang for allergy testing today. Office is clean in a central location (Metrotown). Christina the receptionist is lovely, called ahead of time to tell us that Dr Chang may run behind so that we are prepared. Allergy testing takes some time so it is expected that appointments run a bit behind schedule. Dr Chang is very nice and knowledgeable during the testing and made my daughter feel comfortable. the doctor was late for every appointment for 30-50 min and every appointment was moving so slowly, it took more than 2 hours to do a simple prick test.
I am very happy with Dr Chang’s dedication to treating son’s allergies. He took over an hour to ask a barrage of questions to get familiar with my son’s situation. He prescribed a number of tests to identify every possible cause of my son’s allergies. And he took the time to describe various possible treatments in detail, in a friendly way.
