PLEASE do yourself a favor and abstain from using this doctor. She has by far been the worse doctor I have ever experienced. She was not my Obgyn but one was of the rotating physicians at St. John’s. I unfortunately became stuck with her. Her bedside manner is atrocious and she doesn’t feel the need to explain herself. She did not allow my husband to cut the umbilical cord. The doctor seemed to not be able to hold a conversation well and take cues from me. She literally needed everything spelled out. I felt like she wasn’t taking my concerns as seriously as I was feeling they were. I don’t know what my friend saw in this place. And I feel like she talked to me like I was stupid.
I have been seeing Dr. Chang for almost 20 years. She's the best and she listens to her patients. She got me through two pregnancies and is an excellent surgeon. My daughters have also seen her since they were 12 and they both love her.
Horrible bedside manner and very dismissive of my concerns and questions . I went to her once, and I will never see her again.
