I have been looking all over the Toledo area for a Korean hair salon to no success. Expanded my search perimeter and found Ms. Chang's salon. I can say that Ms. Chang is one of the top hair stylist that I've ever had. She was professional and knowledgable about her craft. I'd definitely reccommend my friends to Ms. Chang's salon!
