Like the doctors, hate the billing I have been going to Dr. Sunshine's practice for over 5 years now. I like the doctors, I even like most of the staff. BUT if you have a question about the billing, it will take weeks, if not months, to get any sort of response. I have left more messages than I can recall, and the only way to get any sort of answer is to demand to speak to someone right then.
