The absolute worst dentist I have ever seen. He did a new set of dentures for me which I can NOT wear due to the ill fit. When I told him they were too long he said they wouldn’t hold if he made them shorter. Overall I’m very disappointed in the way I was treated as well as the product I left with. I now have a prosthetic that is useless. My insurance will not cover another set so I’m screwed all because this guy is rude and incompetent to practice dental care. I would run not walk, run from this guy. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!
If I could give a negative review then I would do that to this so-called dental office. It is very unorganized, unprofessional, lack of urgency to a patient in need of prompt Dental Care, and basically this buisness lacks everything that a real Dental Office is, including the Dentist. He has his incompitient "Dental Assistant Certificate" recieving staff poorly running everything.
My husband, John, had a problem with his tooth shortly after we moved to Yucca Valley. He hadn't been to a dentist for several year. Dr. Chang saw him and helped him repair his teeth in a highly professional manner. He was patient and explained things and his staff is friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend him to others.
I have been going to dentists for 40 years. I have never had such an awful experience in my life. He is awful to his staff, he's rude and on my last visit he kept raising his voice at me. I would not recommend taking your pet to him.
I was happy with my experience. Not many dental practices accept Aetna DMO insurance but they do. Staff is friendly and attentative. The doctor listened to my concern and took the time to explain different options. He fixed my chipped and brittle front teeth and they look great!
