Very pleasant experience. Front desk was super helpful with accommodating me.
Dr. Chang's receptionist at this clinic is extremely rude and unprofessional. She hung up on me when I asked basic questions about my time availability and told me I was “asking too many questions.”The operating time seems too much for her to answer. Patients deserve respect, not hostility. This kind of behavior damages the reputation of the doctor and the clinic. Someone with this attitude should not be working in patient care.
dr Chang did 4 th surgery with me few days ago , first 3 were at lions gate and this one at Squamish general. He is my saviour, I can't thank him enough ,he told me all option and guided me true process of surgery and recovery. from the moment I meat him I knew I can trust him and I really do. thank you dr Chang for all work you did for your patience for your care and all things you did for me. Thank you for brining back my heath and giving me another opportunity to live more comfortable life. Mustafa
A few years ago Dr Chang did my surgery and I was more than happy how he treated me as a patient and in the hospital.No waiting time for apoitment also no for surgery.Thank you very much.
