Not sure which reciptionist it was but very rude, unhelpful and unprofessional....i asked for a simple doctors note for my work regarding a surgery i had two days ago...she replied they give notes 6 weeks after surgery (never heard that before) my work needs a note now not in 6 weeks..i just found her tone unbecoming of a person whose suppose to help not deny..personally dont see anything wrong with my request...so now i have to go to my family doctor and pay $50 i dont have

Dr. Chang was incredibly kind and professional. I felt very nervous before the surgery, but he was patient, accommodating, and understanding, which really helped put me at ease. The surgery went amazing!

Dr. Chang's receptionist at this clinic is extremely rude and unprofessional. She hung up on me when I asked basic questions about my time availability and told me I was “asking too many questions.”The operating time seems too much for her to answer. Patients deserve respect, not hostility. This kind of behavior damages the reputation of the doctor and the clinic. Someone with this attitude should not be working in patient care.
