Terrible. I made an appointment for 2 new patients months ago. We were told to arrive 15 minutes early. I'm always aware of others time and got there 25 minutes early. I took a half day from work only to arrive to see a closed sign on the door. I called the number listed (412-228-7512) and it went to voicemail. Awesome staff, Dr take time to listen and give clear answers
I called to schedule an appointment for my son, I was told they accept my insurance. They told me I had to pay out of pocket and mail a detailed receipt to the insurance and would be reimbursed. So I paid $70.00 and got my detailed receipt and called the insurance when I got home to see where I was supposed to mail the receipt to. I was told by my insurance (chip, geisinger) that they don't reimburse and I shouldn't have paid out of pocket. Chang Eye Group is listed as a provider. Extremely rude receptionists at the peters branch. If you have another option I would avoid!
This was my first appointment with Dr. Chang and I was greeted with smiling faces when I checked in. I wear contacts and my exam was quick and professional. I received great help from Mary Beth picking out a pair of glasses, and finding frames that looked good on me. I look forward to my next appointment with Dr. Chang and his awesome staff!
