My daughter chose Chaney’s for her wedding & I joined her in the initial meeting. She is very detail oriented with samples of what she wanted. Alex entered everything into his iPad & we trusted him for the job. A few days before the wedding, Alex began to send sample bouquet (images) with the 1st being all white flowers. The gentlemen, that saying happy birthday to my mother on her 98th birthday was spectacular! It turned out to me the highlight of her day and she hasn’t stopped talking about it since. That was sheer kindness and you’ll never know what it meant to our family!
Ordered 2 arrangements for my brother’s service. Only saw one with our name on the card. I called to ask about the missing arrangement, I was met with a little “attitude” and being told I was not correct and “I will send you evidence of the delivery”. He then sent me a picture of the arrangements that were delivered. The only problem is one of those arrangements had someone else’s name as the sender (Linda).
