The gentlemen, that saying happy birthday to my mother on her 98th birthday was spectacular! It turned out to me the highlight of her day and she hasn’t stopped talking about it since. That was sheer kindness and you’ll never know what it meant to our family!
Ordered 2 arrangements for my brother’s service. Only saw one with our name on the card. I called to ask about the missing arrangement, I was met with a little “attitude” and being told I was not correct and “I will send you evidence of the delivery”. He then sent me a picture of the arrangements that were delivered. The only problem is one of those arrangements had someone else’s name as the sender (Linda).
