I’m only giving 2 stars instead of 1 because I was ultimately refunded. When I placed my order on Thursday 8/13 for Saturday 8/15 delivery (Simply White Sympathy Basket $110.00), there wasn’t an option to select a delivery time, so I called on Friday 8/14 and left a message explaining that the flowers were for a funeral at 11:30 AM. The message was apparently never received. On the day of the funeral, I received a text saying the flowers would be delivered after 3:30 PM, several hours after the event.
