I'm a long time OV resident and love some chanello's now and then. the quality of the pizza hasn't changed since I was a kid (which could be good or bad depending how you look at it). personally I like the white pizzas they have. last time I ordered a pizza from here, the driver drove past my house and took my order all the way to VA Beach! I live literally 5 minutes away from the east OV location. I would never, ever, order or eat another Chanello's Pizza for as long as I live. Your idiot driver drove through my quiet neighborhood, the Fairfield area of Virginia Beach, driving at least 45 miles per hour in a 25 MPH zone while blowing through 2 stop signs and almost killing my dog. I ran him down as he stopped in front of a house. He said his name was Tony. The last four digits of his Virginia license plate were 5662, of the three letters proceeding 5662, one of them was an X. I placed two phone orders for a sandwich. Told them exactly what I did not want on the sub. Both times the subs were delivered and my order was wrong. The 2nd order was even worse, as they had burnt the meat. I decided to go to the Hampton Roads location the other night. I gave my order and clearly explained what I DID NOT want on my sub. The employee repeated it back. Told me it would take 10 minutes. He proceeded to make my sub.
