Usually we have an awesome experience with this place maybe staff was new last night I don’t know but I wasted 40 bucks and we did not ever receive the soda I paid for I called she said they would send it back out no one ever came, the food arrived cold and undercooked the fries tasted still frozen the sub roll was hard and stale and half the sub was missing all the ingredients it was just bread that was hard and even the meat was inedible had to spit it out now let’s talk about the dough I am a pastry chef I graduated Flori... read more

15 years of ordering from the same Chanello’s and we’ve never had cold pizza delivered until today. It was terrible like it had been sitting for an hour before being delivered. The crust was tough, not enough cheese or topping either. For $80 I expect more.

I ordered a Hawaiian pizza, add ham but some how I received a ham pizza. 01/31/26 and have been calling since 2:58am and nothing this is ridiculous!

Just received my delivery. Hot, fresh and speedy service. Any chance you’re going to modify the pick up or curbside hours in the future? A 4 o’clock clock start time, as stated on your website, is awfully late in the day. Thank you
