First all. I don’t like to write reviews but I feel it should be shared. As businesses need to be held accountable. This is my second visit within a year to see Chanelle for a repeat service. Chanelle was able to squeeze me in- so initially was floored due to my previous provider with no openings and concerns. I absolutely love going to Chanelle’s Eden Day Spa. The atmosphere is so cozy, relaxing, and welcoming from the moment you walk in. The team is incredibly friendly and makes you feel comfortable right away. Their services are amazing — I’ve had eyebrow threading and pedicures done here and both were fantastic. Today I had the indulgent pedi by Gabby. She is a former student so it was nice to catch up. Gabby asked for advice from Chanelle and did an amazing job. I will be back for sure
I had booked for a luxe pedicure , and ended up with a paraffin wax burn and polish that still wasn’t dry after 5 hours and just wiped right off. I did receive a small discount for the burn on my foot and there was an offer to redo my polish but I did not feel comfortable returning. Disappointing experience , will not return
