I visited this boutique with a friend today and left extremely disappointed. One sales associate (A) helped us look at a few pairs of sunglasses, but when we decided we’d rather try a lip gloss instead, no one was willing to assist us. A second associate (B) stayed glued to her phone the entire time, leaving us standing there for a full ten minutes. Skip this boutique unless you enjoy being treated like an inconvenience by RUDI AMANI MCLEAN. I came in ready to buy sunglasses and was offered the floor model at full price. Because nothing says luxury like shades pawed by every tourist since Tuesday. When I asked about shipping, RUDI’s solution was to email me a link to type in my own credit card info. Groundbreaking.
