I’ve been to this store many times and spent a lot of money here, but today I had a terrible experience with a supervisor named Sonia. Her attitude was extremely rude. I bought many items, but she didn’t bother to pack them properly and just threw everything into a single bag. Worse, she even threatened me, saying she could blacklist me so I’d never be able to buy from the store again. This is outrageous behavior. I strongly urge the company headquarters to investigate her conduct.

I stopped by Chanel this evening to purchase a few things. There was a guy and a woman working at the store. The guy was very kind and helpful — he assisted me with my purchase, and while he was wrapping it, I decided to try on a few sunglasses. Unfortunately, the woman was extremely rude. She raised her voice at me in front of other customers, telling me — twice and very loudly — to hand her the sunglasses so she could sanitize them. I was in the shop yesterday with a couple of girlfriends and we encountered the rudest associate. I shouldn't be surprised because these high end stores are notorious for being rude but we were just checking out the lipsticks and had set our bags down on the window shelf. She got very upset and acted like we were going to knock down the display. Needless to say, we didn't buy anything. Big mistake! Big!
